My Lexus LS400 AC Problem

Hi guys, need some help, any one knows why the ac air circulation switch start switching constantly without me pressing it between inside and outside air !
when I start my ac and the weather is very hot it does this and the air starts to less cool and sometimes hot. I hope my question is clear. see the video

Thank you for your comment. Actually the condenser was hot when it started doing this. The fans were working. Maybe it was over charged with ref ! I reduced it a bit hope it will do this again.

I'm thinking the refrigerant is low because there is a leak somewhere. The pressure switch will cause the a/c to cycle the clutch and not run continuously if the coolant is low.
