Oh, poor me, I got sick the day before my two week mark and overslept one hour. The day after I got even sicker and violently ill and slept for 3 hours. Since then I havent been able to stop my core sleep! Boo! Boo!!

But here's what my schedule looks like anyways:

12:30/40pm 15 min nap
4:30 pm - 30 min
8:30 pm - 30 min
12:30 pm - 3 hr


So I only 'sleep' 4.5 hours but I want to go back to 3.

  • Ive watched two so far, didn't realize the dates that the videos were posted -.- I have that movie, your videos are kind of similar to what he does. I've been awake for 20 hours do you think I can start the process now?

  • @pokme689 Never too late to start, never too early, you might benefit from that amount of sleep dep, or you might not, I am one of the very few who have actually done this, and I did it after 3 days of perfect 8s. Maybe it will be easier for you if you are at 20 already. I warn away from using caffeine during adaptation, it will totally throw you off. Dont drink caffeine within 3 hours of a nap, so you are safe with mild caffeine right when you awake but Id still stay away if possible.

  • Thats crazy how you were able to get all from what I put. When I think about it, I do drink a lot of caffeine and my diet is most likely the problem. because I sleep in the day time I miss breakfast and lunch then I go to work and eat real good(food with high calories), real late. The fact that my job has a coke gun makes it very accessible. Id appreciate it if you posted a video about a specific diet or foods that would help me out. I know your a vegetarian and that you've heard that it makes

  • @pokme689 Im not a vegetarian, apparently you havent watched many of my videos. I went veg for a year as a protest to the way animals are treated in farms. It was a hard, hard road. I got extreme cravings for meat all the time, but I made it the ENTIRE year. Anyways. Its SAD- Standard American Diet - watch some documentaries like Supersize me, he becomes insomniatic becuase he is inhaling too many calories. Only after going Polyphase did I realize calories had such a huge effect on sleep sched.

You have a unique personality and I could pretty much watch you talk about naps all day lol I love the piercing and I'm really interested about this cuz I have a crazy schedule that doesn't allow me to sleep at all.. I'm a vampire I try to sleep at night but I just lay there with my eyes closed until morning. School and work make it hard for me to even begin to try and schedule naps but I was wondering if you had any advice on how to easily fall asleep. -Cruz

  • @pokme689 Yep, how to easily fall asleep is adapt to Polyphasic sleep. You aren't sleep deprived if you are resting without falling asleep, therefore you probably won't fall asleep. You might be consuming too much to eat for dinner or in general, or drinking too much caffeine. Try polyphasic sleep for about 5 days and youll learn to fall asleep immediately. Dont consume too many calories in the day.
