Here Laura creates a cracker recipe using dulse, walnuts, buckwheat sprouts, hemp seed and vegetables. These crackers can be made into a bread as well as a crispy cracker snack. Instructions from ingredients, dehydrating and scoring to finished product.

~Since adapting the raw food lifestyle 4 months ago, Laura has released 29 pounds. Currently she is 90% raw and still in transition. A medical diagnosis of severe anemia and leukemia prompted the change from a vegetarian diet to a raw food vegan lifestyle. Laura has experienced immense improvement in lab/blood tests as well as in her energy and overall health since switching to raw foods.~

  • Have you found yourself using this recipe again? If so, have you made any changes to it since you first made this video?

  • @sacricolist As I have progressed with raw foods, things heavy in nuts slowly become replaced and not needed as much as the taste buds change. Also, I find I never use any recipes any more, just throw together whatever I have in the pantry/refrige and use ground flax or chia to hold them together.

Those are the two major changes I have had with raw food prep.

  • YUM- that's one thing I miss on the juicefeast. I love the pizza cutter idea. I've been making crackers for years but never thought to use one. Thanks for the tip! And congrats on your change in lifestyle! You are a shining starflower!

  • Thank you.

  • When i make this i might add some mushrooms, and extra cilantro, maybe some sun dried tomatoes, and black pepper :) mmmm can't wait to try it, ill tell you what i put in mine and how it turned out :)

  • Oh yes, do let us know how yours turns out. Maybe make a vid and post!!

  • I didn't get the ingredients..as the video began after you had begun the mix. Am I missing a segment??

  • Awesome, thanks!

  • The finished cracker taste like salsa flavored and although crispy, the walnuts make it softer while chewing up. Very good in my opinion.

  • I am horrible at making crackers. Thanks for sharing this info, it is very helpful!!

  • okay.. these look really good - thank you for sharing this recipe /how to!
