It's kind of funny how 80s hits have become a sort of flash point between pre and post 2000s archetypes. The difference between is quite striking. Pre relies less on technology with the advantage of reliablity, except with less efficiency. Post relies mainly on technology with the advantage of efficiency, and with the detractor of loss of human nature. It's even better when you're growing up surrounded by people exemplifying the post-2000s trend while you adhere to the pre-2000s trend yourself.
