First movements of "Intel Hand" which uses SET (Series Elastic Tendons) to actuate each joint (10 DOF total). Hand is currently being developed at Intel Research Seattle.

  • This is very interesting. You don't have to lose a hand for this technology. It demonstrates that you can create a phantom limb - so we should be able to manage multiple extra limbs - like the goddess Kali. What would be useful would be a tool arm, even something as simple as the ability to "lock" a grip in place like a vice would be pretty useful. There is room under our arms for an interface.

  • this is a very simple robotic movement ,But many fucking Calculation !!
