PAL is the European version, right? If so, then I doubt this is PAL; Kizzu is a player from Brazil.

Most of the time, yes. There are (few) times when you don't want to use the tip of his blade though, like for doing the Ken combo on floaty characters who would be popped up too high if you hit with a tipped FAir.

it's way easier in melee trust me... u can hit with close to the middle and it's considered the tip..

@metroid1117 Actually, I think this might be PAL, as a standard American copy of SSBM just says "GAME" at the end of a match, not "Game Set".
