6000k is the best it looks great and wont get you in trouble and yes dont go over 35 watts or it will be to bright 35 is perfect love your HID's

Guys screw eBay get them from amazon.com you can get them for fairly cheap ( between $40 to $60 or more for more expensive kits )and they won't break within the 2 day time period with eBay HIDs

I plan to get the exact same in my crx, i heard ebay kits were actually quite good for the price, i have a dual headlight system so i could only put HID's on the low beams
