yes, you can do that. I would suggest you to use the GIMP, which has many more capabilities of photo editing

yes it is free. Install the wot plugin from mywot,dot,com so that it will tell you if a site is good to download or not

Omg , i need some help i have a big problem with Photoscape ! When i try to save a photo it says "Failed to save , if the photo is read only it cannot be saved " i checked the pic & its not "read only" !!What should i do ???? PLEAAASE HELP ME !
