  • I'm no fan of Spong but I can't stand how biased John Ankerberg is. He's worse in the Church of Christ debate...

  • Kind of hard to have a fair dialogue when the moderator is clearly biased. This seemed like 2 vs 1

  • I wish Dr. Martin was still with us to refute this charlatan! Who is putting this guy in his place these days??

  • by definition spong is not a heretic. a heretic would have to have the basics of the religion it is perverting, adn he doesn't even have that. he's can't be considered a Christian!

  • @SideSwipez77 Might I suggest you find where the Kingdom of Heaven is according to Jesus in the scriptures, and I am sure you will find that seeing does not come into the discussion. You may also be interested to know that the early church believed Jesus was a human manifestation of God, note a manifestation of God.

  • I am well aware of the teaching methods of both these men. Spong, though not a scholar, is very understanding, though lacks an understanding of some of the finer points. Dr Walter Martin is also very clever, but is not a scholar of any note, all due respect intended. Martin is a doctrinal scholar and a doctrinal scholar should not be confused with a scholar.

  • @Noffy1111 AMEN!!! lol

  • @SideSwipez77 I think that only God can judge that, little child. By the way, his name is Spong, not Sponge.

  • On the contrary, Spong is the only voice of reason I have yet heard from the miasma of christian savagery.

  • @amet1980 wow, this guy is..... awesome and I'm an Atheist.
