Hey just wondering, I can tell the picture was a still and I like the zoom i nand out, but what filter or what did you use to get the "static" looking effect at those some points. I was looking a while ago and I could not seem to find one. Well it only matters if you are using Adobe :)

I was using the filter: blur, grain and motionblur. It's a while ago I edited this clip, so I don't remember exactly:P
