KTM 530 De-Smog Remove pollution Control Part one of two

The KTM 530 EXCR Is as poorly jetted as a bike can be with chronic overheating and poor performance as a result. From information that I have gathered on my own through various resources on the internet, I remove the pollution control in favor of a track setup. This video takes you step by step how to desmog your KTM EXCR and bring it to its full potential.

Well we dont have to say that but I think every time I follow a semi belching out black smoke or pass a factory with 100 foot tall smoke stacks that smell so bad that you roll up your windows and block your nose, I cant help but wonder what agenda is playing out and for whom when they legislate against our motorcycles and ban two strokes. Did you change the carb needle or clip position? Is the accelerator pump mod really necessary? What if I just bought a KTM 175 main, 42 pilot and 60 power jet? . I just bought a 2010 530 exc and think your vids are great : )

Just buy the JD Jetting and ship the guess work. Only 70 bucks well worth it. Ronnie
