@TheOperationProject That girl is me about a year ago, lol. :) At least you can tell I'm a girl. I just used iMovie, it's really easy to use. You just use a picture or a still shot, remove saturation, crop it if needed, and then use titles to add words. Then to make things go backwards, it involves editing a movie clip by converting it and simply clicking the "reverse" box.

If you don't use iMovie then I have no idea how that could in any way be useful.
