Saturino Tongun Ruben on the water infrastructure gap in South Sudan

Saturino Tongun of South Sudan Urban Water Corporation talks about the problems of providing safe water for the population, which is expanding rapidly as people return from other countries. Much of the infrastructure was built in the first half of the 20th Century and hasn?t been maintained during the war.
