Saturino Tongun of South Sudan Urban Water Corporation talks about the problems of providing safe water for the population, which is expanding rapidly as people return from other countries. Much of the infrastructure was built in the first half of the 20th Century and hasn?t been maintained during the war. He talks about the difficulties of financing water projects in a situation where every funder has different requirements. Interview by Mark Charmer of Akvo. Stockholm World Water Cube.
