Wow. Thanks for this post. I grew up a few blocks from Marine Park. The Park remains in my mind one of my favorite places in the world. Been away from NYC since 1972. Only been back to the Park once since then. Thanks again.

The diner was torn down and ALOT of the trees in the park have fallen due to the last 2 Storms.
