  • Hey,

Man I just want to say a big THANK YOU for this simply brilliant tutorial. I have been messing around with my SB 600 and D90 for ages trying to figure out how to use the wireless system and then by chance I find your video. Simple and to the point. Got my system working for the very first time. Why can't all tutorials be as simply educational as yours. Thanks again.

  • This also works with the D3000, D3100, D5000, and D7000 without using the commander mode, simply turn on the flash and start shooting.

  • And the F6?

  • LOVE THIS THANK YOU FOR UR TUTORIAL <3

  • Any way to do this without having the pop-up flash up? I'm a Canon guy, and am going to be using some Nikon gear for a tournament tomorrow and would love to have this setup in order to use some little sb600's near the hoop.

  • The beeping sound confirms that the flash is fully recharged and not that it has been fired.

  • @sictransitmurph Yes, put the built in flash from TTL to -- by pressing up it will fire but will not affect the picture.

  • Thanks. i knew it exists. took me one hour to find your video.

  • thanks for the tip. I can never understand the manual for using this feature but this clips here help me achieve in less than 5 minutes. Cool.

  • @NO0Bstatus no, only the d70 and above

  • does the nikon d5100 have the cls?
