It's not just mail. We as Canadians pay more for absolutely everything. Even cars, after conversion, pay thousands more than they pay in the states.

I found out it is cheaper to import things directly from China as far as postage goes and import duties then to import it from the USA right beside us. WTF? The NWO is working at every possible way they can. Just go to sleep and get your chip implanted to save you from the terrorists.

LOL Like the Canada Post Strike is not part of the NWO agenda. LOL it sure is. This guy is a perfect example of how they are trying to shut us down using methods likes this. This strike did not affect me much other than others like him but infact it does affect everyone if they guy can't make money and others like him. They want to take away as much money from us as possible to weaken us. Think about it Walmart, Petsmart, Office depot Home depot all are killing our medium and small buiness

@ozzycriss Fuck off with the G8 and G20 already. Every country lthat hosts these events spend this kind of money. it is part of being a global neighbour.
Start to worry about the government spending about 6% more every year on programs and the fact that our GNP only grows about 3% a year should worry you more.
Try spend 6 dollars for every 3 you bring in and see how long you can do that. We will end up like Greece.

Finally I saw Canadians, who is complaining about the unacceptable outrageous high prices in Canada, I mean the examples are limitless, real estate, post, communication, gas, insurance, ext. I mean there are loads of things that are WAY overpriced in Canada, (keeping in mind that the Canadian official Gross domestic product GDP/per person is much higher than the one in the US GDP/per person) which means that we should be getting same or cheaper services and economy for simple families is the US

Federal express is ripping people off way worse. I tried to order some preserve razors online a few months ago. There were 4 razors in a pack. The size was maybe about 15 cm by 7 or 8 cm and couldn't have weighed more than about 3 or 4 ounces. Fedex was going to charge me $76 for postage to Canada. The razors themselves only cost about $6.
I tried putting in my sister's US post office box address, and the shipping was only about $1.50.
Here is a good example why these SOBs and their supporters piss me off:
(Long story short due to needed funds) my son wants me to put some of his HW Treasure Hunt cars on ebay. To send one Hotwheel car in a small box (20cm x 15cm x 7 cm at 200gm) Canadapost wants the unfricken real price of $13.09 to send it from here in BC to Toronto and yet (I think a still way too high price of $5.85) to send it surface mail to the USA.

The cost of hosting the G8 and G20 summits next month in Ontario now stands at $1.1 billion and further outlays are likely, federal documents show.
At least the peasants in ancient Rome knew they where ruled by dictators .

@ozzycriss You should of heard the gits phoning in to CBC radio today justifying the cost and pageantry. Video conferencing on a regular basis would be cheaper.
Come to think of it, doesn't Youtube here allow for private sharing of videos among 8 or gee 20 of your friends?
