With such an advanced avionics model that is simulated, it is ashame they couldn't have put a little more time into the damage model on enemy vehicles. It hurts the realism and immersion a bit when you see 5 identical burning tanks in a row. Would love to see some turrets blown off, or at least some vehicles moved from their static positions after explosions.

I'm noticing the beta videos has a desert environment, but the final game has the same map as Lock On. Why was the desert removed?
