I was scheduled to do just 160 for 5, but I was feeling good at the time and just decided to throw on 165 instead. I can't quite recall if I did 3 or 4 reps, but I took it down to 155 for another set and got all 5 with ease. It's amazing when you use good form how much of a difference 5lbs (or in this case 10) can make on the smaller muscle groups LOL!

  • You stupid dumb little fucks don't know shit. I've been weight training longer than you morons probably have been breathing. That's over 20 years. Get a life loser YouTube blowhards. You don't know squat.

  • @willieofroanoke Training in the 4-6 rep range gives the best strength gains dumbass, as you can see he was going for 4 or 5 reps and failed. He trains bodyparts tiwce a week one heavy low reps for strength and later in the week 8-12 reps for hypertrophy and mass.Obviousbly the stronger you are then the more weight you can move in the 8-12 rep range, if you dont know what your talking about then why comment in the first place?.

  • omg only idiot comments... willieofroanoke u fucking looser make the same video with 165 ;) fucking internet fags get a life

This guy is fucking good !!!

  • I fail to see what anyone thinks doing 3 reps of any exercise at any weight does for them except to pump up their ego.

  • Beast

  • @SocomIyKillin hahahaha whyare people always posting this kind of comments. Maybe theyre not buffoons, but casual people. And youre not regular, youre a pro.

  • Yep, no skull crushers at all, but still a lot of weight.

  • that's hot

  • these are actually far superior to skull crushers, at least if you are trying to specifically work the triceps. Typical skull crushers that you can see being done by your average buffoon at your local gym (where they actually bring the bar to their head) works much more of the shoulders than the tri's..keep that in mind the next time you try these.

  • Wow
