150 cars entered Smashfest 2008 and broke the world record for most cars ever in a closed-circuit quarter-mile demo derby. This video shows the big highlights and follows my mate Andy who entered an Explore More work car http://www.exploremore.co.nz . The venue is Waikaraka Park, Auckland, New Zealand.

Fair comments mate. As it turns out there are lots of world record categories for Demo Derbys. This attempt is for a "Closed circuit quarter mile". It's the largest recorded and currently pending official confirmation. Your Dad ever break any records?
