SHINee at H&M 500909

So me and my friends were at Beverly Center in LA on Saturday, May 9th, 2009 [Before KMF/HB]


and when we walked into the store H&M, this chines girl [Also a FAN] with cool headphones told us SHINee was in there.
I thought she was kidding us. But she said it again.

Then my friend Tammy & her cousin Shoua started walking over to the other side of the store. So i followed.

& i only recorded a little bit of it cause i wanted to take photos with Shinee.

I turned off my camera and snapped a picture, stupid camera went blurry on me.
so i looked up at the Manager and pointed to my camera, using hand movements telling him i wanted a picture

He NODDED. so i figured i was allow to.
i dont know what happened to Shoua and Tammy i guess they walked back.

the whole time i was walking up to them, i was trying to keep calm; locking up the fangirl side.

When i stood across from Taemin, near the manager, i just kept staring at Taemin.
Minho was talking, & he was between Taemin & Onew
Onew was next to Minho
Key & Jonghyun were at the cash registers paying for their clothes
the translator guy was in front of Minho talking with him.

Anyways. I kept staring at Taemin, WE HAD A MOMENT! i swear we did.
it was like 90 seconds long. lol.
he was so tall, pale and good looking. so pretty and gorgeous. Aww~
i couldnt believe it was him.
Sad thing; He didnt smile or look happy at all.

so i turned on my camera and tried to take a picture but he turned away :(
the manager was just there looking at me, i was wondering why he was staring.
so i asked him if i could take a picture.
& he said something to me in Korean, which i didnt not understand what so ever.


i then asked him 'why not?' , & He didnt say anything

so i asked again. & he pushed my camera away
& said "No Camera!"
My arm literally 'flew' like . . . heka Faar. [Good thing my camera didnt fall out of my hands or else i would've been all piss and start trouble] -_-

i was in total shock!

I was so upset. i wasnt even attacking taemin. i was just standing there, patiently, glancing and cheesing at taemin xD




I really regret not recording the WHOLE thing :(

You're lucky he didn't hit you like two of the other girls caught on camera on youtube. I'm glad you saw them, if I were you though, the experience would have soured my opinion of them, if but a little. I know he was trying to protect them but people shouldn't hit people! I don't know why he hasn't been fired yet.

ugh... taemin was my favorite but after reading that, i feel like he'd be kinda rude if i ever met him in person... maybe he was tired or something or just wasnt thinking to smile, but.. ah, idunno... after hearing what you said, they just seem different when the reality/interview cameras are off.

In Korea, I think nodding means no. I may have it mixed up with another Asian country, I'm not sure, so don't take this as truth.

I think the manager was quite rude, given he was in a completely different country, and America's are not like Korean fans. What he did is considered rude in the west, if it isn't in Korea.

But you're so lucky you got to see them and at least be a little close.

You my dear fan need to learn how to appreciate things from a distance. :) They're just regular people that need space and downtime from the cameras and fans. You probably just caught them in the bad time.

But frankly it was a mistake for the manager to do that since that type of attitude is frowned upon in American showbizz.
