I don't see a problem, sounds like that they just want to have order. Rules are a fact of life.

A room full of recording devices can be distracting as well disorderly.

First after they make you give to them they will pay you with your tax blood money that they took from you

We are on the same page we both believe in freedom and liberty but i am still questioning resolution to have cameras far in the corner if someone have small camera in your hat or hand as you are saying they still wish to send you back where your device can not pick up as well if you are not on the no ones way you can sit in the front why you have to be at back row they do not have mic. so you have to get expensive pro like cnn cameras to do accurate recording.

Yep, if they can record me WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, everywhere I go, why do they think they can restrict recordings? It is happening all over the world! I read recently where Great Britain was considering tougher laws on where the public can take pictures! What terrorist, in his right mind, would be seen taking pictures of a site he wished to destroy? They already know it would be recorded!

because paper & pen is not as fast to ketch the things that they wish to pass.They only give you what they wish i bet you if you ask for the transcript his mistakes are not going to be there. Constitution is clear in Bill of Rights Article 1 and sunshine law brakes it down to specific issue and it is there for tyrants to obey Sunshine law so that they do not disobey constitution. You are most likely Bar Ac.member.You know, you could practice as Constitutional attorney with out being a member.

I do not think that small camera with out the try pod would be of any problem anywhere in the room as long as you are not disturbing a meeting I think freedom of speech should be everywhere we aether have freedom or we don't. They wish us to be sick of them and give up going to the meetings. But God bless this patriots who will never give up they are watch dog for all and at the long run protecting the freedom to very same people who wish to take it from you but they just do not know it.
