Start The campaign mission Sword Base on normal difficulty and run to the point shown in the video then grab the radar target thingy and wait behind the box till it says checkpoint reached then go ahead and press start and pick restart from last save point!

an hour for 22k? why not just play firefight four times, that's an hour and its also about 22k if you do well, and not nearly as repetitive
