Robson is the physical embodiment of what BJJ is about. He's small, but I've seen him roll with guys that are the size of both defense and offense linemen and he submits them like its no thing.

This is a great video. I did just as you said: I gave up after about 6 months because I got discouraged that everyone else seemed to getting so much better than I was.
I am going to start again in January, but I regret that I lost two years I could have been training. Now I am severely out of shape and have to start all over.
