Chinesepod is run by criminals and isn't worth using. Their are better and cheaper site out there. All you have to do is look: CSLPod, Chinese Learn Online and Visual Mandarin just to name a few.

@davidcruzing Most of their material is free (their 1st 1000 lessons or so are published on a gnu type licence - you can legally download the torrent.
