The idea the government has the jurisdiction to unilaterally sieze a child before or without the due process of criminal charges warranting a change of custody is offensive enough.

The fact that the "alternative" of state custody means placing children in the hands of people like this, and into a statistically dangerous environment just makes it even worse.

If the people know how corrupt CPS was, they would NEVER turn any parent in to have their kids removed. Even if parents are abusive, it is still much better than putting a child in foster care.

I can't count how many cases there have been where CPS workers have been arrested for molesting kids. Including state and even federal directors of CPS.

@poloniawarrior Seriously, I get so angered sometimes that the general public doesn't speak out and stand up against this. 90% of their cases are misguided and full of assumptions. No investigation in the present case and even worse the case they create in replacing them in other homes are FAR WORSE situations--more molestations and deaths occur than any other place. Good old Foster Care. Seriously, politicians won't answer my calls or even look at the reality of it.

Also, Perry Dunlop Ray and Kenneth Kyle Keller both submitted dirty UAs...this was after I plead with them for nearly 3 weeks to place her in a safe home. They knew she wasn't safe, they just didn't care.

@InnocenceDestroyed My healthy one month old daughter died while in the hands of CPS. CPS placed my daughter, Koryn Hensley Keller, with two alcoholic and drug abusers, Kenneth Kyle Keller and Perry Dunlop Ray. They never asked them to submit to until after my daughter's death. I have suspicion that the death investigators covered up a potential murder. The official cause was "accidental suffocation". On top of this, these murders still have jobs.

The people who were involved in killing my daughter later pressed harassment charges and say they fear for their lives. The charges were dropped. But I will say as long as I am around, you SHOULD fear for your lives. You killed a baby. That's not something you should forget....I hope you are scared, Carol Morin, Brian Speer and Carol Self. You are not safe.
