Love this one! It is like head-cavers or skull crushers with a barbell only better because you are also getting great core work! Make sure to do slow controlled reps, hips down and back straight with abs tight and bring your head down to the foam grip (not under the bar). There are also many ways to progress this exercise- for example do 25 reps instead of 10, make sure to keep your weight forward at the top of the movement, go right from these into close grip pushups or dips. Fun to superset with abdominal work too! And have fun trying to do your hair the next day!

@garrymclachlan Thanks Garry! Here is what we did Sat; Agility drills, shoulder and core warm-up, push-ups (3 sets X 1 minute) pull-ups (of course!!), kneeling tricpe extensions (an EQ specialty), side bends (obliques), leg lifts over, split squats (one leg up on bar behind you, with jump for 2 min per leg- no one made it the full 2 min) and some more cardio/agility work. I am sooo sore!
