With ONLY 49% AP and 10k AP 100% fully buffed (Food, flask, everything)

I know a TON of ferals who have alot more than me (WIth armor pent nerf im at 41% now... seriously, 12% of 49 = 41? Thats fucking rubbish) and they obviously will hit alot higher.

What im thinking is he got a hysteria, maybe even 2 or so. I hit 20k with it.
