Seriously??? She can't use the word "tool" to your satisfaction? Look up the definition for "implement" and you'll find it described as a tool. And she didn't use Vaseline on the nail where there is polish but around the nail where one doesn't want polish. Sheesh.

they make cuticle oil to make it easier to push back the skin, some people remove cuticles but its a bad idea. -__- dont comment on stuff your not sure about.
