The game looks really cool right now, though do you know how much they can change if anything needs to be change at this point, because everything looks like it is set?

Like one particular thing I notice was the lighting effects, the way the light molds around the gun/teeth and how the gun light up the room (even if it is just a little).... it is just to bad you can test out some grenades or other weapons right?

I imagine they can change a lot, since the modders have already added a somewhat functional server browser, flashlight, chat system, and other things. They will have to create their own custom weapons\models if they want to play around with them in the engine test. The NS2 devs didn't include any other official weapons besides the rifle.

All the weapons sound the same? What a old engine this thing looks. Reminds me a lot of UT2004

It's an engine test, a very stripped down version of the game to test compatibility with everyone's PCs. This is just a quick custom mod some people made to test out the engine itself. The real game will be much better.

The game Itself is no md anymore.

NS2 is build with their own engine ;)

(100% Dynamic Light rendering, 0% Static lights)
