Introduction of Taiwanese Tea (Tea Productions in Taiwan)
In Taiwan most people drink tea, and tea is not only a drink, but also a culture. The tea culture of Taiwan can be traced back to the root from Chinese tea culture. Many people visit one of the numerous traditional teahouses or "tea-art" shops, located all over Taiwan.

Taiwan is quite famous for Oolong Tea and Green Tea. Oolong (simplified Chinese: 乌龙; traditional Chinese: 烏龍; pinyin: wūlóng) is a traditional Chinese tea (Camellia sinensis) somewhere between green and black in oxidation. It ranges from 10% to 70% oxidation.[1] It is among the most popular types of teas served in typical Chinese restaurants in Taiwan.

Green tea is a type of tea made solely with the leaves of Camellia sinensis that has undergone minimal oxidation during processing. Bi Luo Chun 碧螺春 is also known as Green Snail Spring, is one of the well-known Taiwanese Tea. Due to the high-quality and wonderful-taste, Taiwanese Tea had became very pouplar in Japan, China and all around the world.
