I can not unlock nightmare 2, dark legacy 2, ada wong level, handcannon, antitank gun, grenade launcher hp, magnum, and when the weapon is in level 4 it says maxed out

And at this point I think I need to corrct myself: The original Billy is David Webster. In Umbrella Chronicles it's Steve Van Wormer... Sorry for that. Mixed it up that late at night... but at least it's still no Voice Actor of Chris at all. :P
