He is the guy fighting Mao with the weapons on chains. He was only 25 when he made this film and was wearing a massive false beard. PLEASE stop being stupid.

Tarantino definitely took some stuff from this movie. The scene (5:30) where Sammo is fighting Mao with his chain is very reminiscent of the battle between Gogo Yubari and The Bride in Kill Bill.
