Cooking a 5.5 lb turkey breast using the rotisserie feature on our new convection toaster oven. Our oven died on Christmas Eve so I had to run out and get this toaster oven as a back up so we could cook for Christmas. I've already cooked a gingerbread cake and it turned out pretty tasty. I'll be posting some videos of rolls as they cook in the toaster oven as well.

  • What kind of oven is it? Make and Model?

  • @stephenlnoe it's a GE Convection Toaster Oven that I bought at Walmart.

  • @ruble275 Do you still use it? Has it been as good as you'd hoped?

  • @stephenlnoe I still use it on occasion. Mainly for the rotisserie feature. The turkey breast came out really nice and the rolls did well. I plan to make some meat for gyros in there one of these days and don't have any other way to do it.

  • I have the same, but rotisserie feature does not work well. It stock after 1 spin, I think the stick is too short.
