It's been pointed out to me that I love the sound of my own voice far too much, and I guess it must be true, because when I had about ten minutes to kill today I decided to go back and do a little commentary on my very first episode.

Before anybody says so, yes, I know that LittleKuriboh did something like this, but IIRC that was meant as a parody of DVD commentaries, whereas these are more or less my actual thoughts looking back at my old stuff.

Another interesting side note I forgot to mention, I submitted this episode to be shown at an AMV contest, never thinking that it would actually get shown because it's not an AMV. As it turns out, it did get shown, and I cringed because this first episode is pretty weak, but it would up going over pretty well. In retrospect, I suppose I might have known that a bunch of cosplay jokes would probably go over well at an anime con.

Yup, all one take. This isn't something that I care to really go all out to make it really polished or anything, it's just a quick-and-dirty thing between GAS episodes.

lol i realised alot of people are already saying it, but you have done an excellent job with this A) i have never watched berserk itself B) before this yugioh abridged was the only abridged series that has the quality about it that makes it great....now a challanger has appeared! i eneded up watching the whole thing last and loving it xD i ended up watching the actual last episode of berserk and reading the mangas xD you haz me hooked dammit!

Yes, google "Robert E. Howard Conan" to get more info about the real Conan. The Conan that kicked ass before Ahnold screwed up the character.
