Roosted this bird the evening before and i knew he had to be by himself by the way he was gobbling at dark.. So the next morning we slip in early and he starts hammering at a flock of geese that fly over honking at 6:05!! WAY earlier than usual.. we get set up on him and he gets so excited when i call to him he ends up flying down while it is still too dark for the camera and i have a hard time seeing him in the window.. He is 25 yards from us and i cant find him only to realize later that i had him in the frame the whole time!! O well thats the added challenge to filming hunts i guess.. I ended up killing this bird myself about 5 minutes after i turn off the camera and grab my gun.. 8.5 inch beard, 7/8 spurs, 18 lbs
