My auntie turned us onto this song when it was on Dionne's album back in the 60s. Dionne was awesome and to know her sister, aunts, including Cissy were her back up singers on ther alubms/45s that were released back then. Love it.

I love Dionne--she is my favorite vocalist of her generation--but there are many other black chanteuses along with Warwick who gave more live than they ever did in the studio (i.e. Ella Fitzgerald, Aretha Franklin, Sarah Vaughan).
