Red light camera ticket on a green light

Video from a red light camera in Port Lavaca, Texas that claimed this 2009 GMC pickup truck in the far left lane ran a "red light" on September 6, 2011 at 12:04pm. On Sept 12, 2011 a Port Lavaca police officer signed the ticket "under penalty of perjury under the laws of the state of Texas"... "upon my review and inspection of recorded images."

The police chief saw the writing on the wall. His last survey on how well he is doing for the city of port Lavaca was dismal!! I'm glad he is retiring hopefully the next police chief is smarter!! This camera scam is stinking more and more of corruption, starting with the denile of a valid petition that should had been placed before the people for an up or down vote. The city officials should be ashamed of themselves and beg forgiveness for all the harm they cause to their citizens !!
