@SlipKnoTZoKi If you still need the information, there's a room in Peach's Castle that has two pillars in it. If you ground-pound both of them, the moat will be drained, allowing you access to a hole in the ground. Jump into the hole, and reach the end of the level to find a blue switch, which you just need to jump on.

You can also return to this section later to get a star by collecting eight Red Coins.

@SlipKnoTZoKi "There is a room in the downstairs of the castle that has water in it with two columns protruding just out of the water, stand on them and do the butt slam them both. This will drain all of the water from the moat around the castle. Take the door to the outside and go around the castle towards the waterfall, there will be a hole in the ground, drop into it and make it to the end of the level for the switch panel." i got this from yahoo answers.
