One of the most tasty Italian pasta, with a delicious sauce. Simple to prepare, yummy to eat!

Ingredients for 4 persons
280 Gr. (9.87 Oz.) Fresh Egg Pasta - Fettuccine
300 Gr. (10.58) Dried Porcini Mushrooms (Wild Mushrooms)
1 ½ Glass White Wine
2 Cloves of Garlic
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh Chopped Parsley
Hot Pepper Flakes
Rosemary
Salt

Heat the pan and pour in the extra virgin olive oil, add the crushed garlic, a little rosemary, a pinch of hot pepper flakes
and Porcini mushrooms (Wild mushrooms)
Leave it fry slowly for a minute then season with salt and cook it, over a medium/high heat, for about 5 minutes
Now pour in the white wine
Pour the Fettuccine into salted boiling water
Add a little pasta cooking water (½ ladle) into the pan
Once fettuccine has cooked, drain and put into the pan, saute to amalgamate pasta with mushrooms sauce
Transfer fettuccine into a serving plate, garnish with chopped parsley, a small branch of rosemary
and serve

FETTUCCINE AI FUNGHI PORCINI

Ingredienti per 4 persone
280 Gr. Fettuccine all'uovo fresche
300 Gr. Funghi porcini
1 ½ Bicchiere di vino bianco
2 Spicchi di aglio
Peperoncino
Rosmarino
Prezzemolo fresco tritato
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Sale

Scaldate una padella e aggiungete l'olio extra vergine di oliva, aggiungete l'aglio schiacciato e un po' di rosmarino, un pizzico di peperoncino e i funghi porcini
Salate e fate cuocere per circa 5 minuti a fiamma medio alta
Ora bagnate col vino bianco
Buttate la pasta
Aggiungete un po' di acqua di cottura nella padella
Quando le fettuccine sono pronte scolatele e mettetele in padella, mantecate per un minuto e mettetele in un piato da portata, guarnite con del prezzemolo e un rametto di rosmarino
