Sathya Sai Baba is the Omnipresent, Omnipotent and Omniscient One. As such, His nature is unfathomable. He has this to say of the world: 'There is only one religion - the religion of Love. There is only one language - the language of the Heart. There is only one caste - the caste of Humanity. There is only one God - and He is Omnipresent.

I agree love is a wonderful tenant to build your devotion on, regardless of what you believe in, however the video evidence of him "manifesting" lingam, or other "gifts" as a slight of hand or trick is pretty overwhelming. My question is what do all these devotees say to that. The teaching of love is wonderful but the root of love is honesty towards the divine in all things. If he is not sincere, or dishonest then the message is built on unsure ground. Peace

I don't understand what you mean by phony..... no human is phony, we all are the same, the manifestation of the one spirit. no one is better than other, we all make one, like the cells in our bodies are different but they all form one being. As above so below.

hey i don't think anyone can say if the allegations are true or not, but one thing is that the message he spreads is one of love and peace....what's worse this guy or the thousands of Imams i see everyday encouraging children to give their lives in the name of Islam, filling them with hatred and lies. I would rather be brainwashed by someone who spreads a message of love than by a nutcase who wants to use me as a pawn. and true beleivers of anything should feel no need to justify or defend.
