51 year old Raw Vegan Bodybuilder demonstrates tempo and form for a unilateral high intensity pre-exhaustion calf workout. Single leg calf raises are alternated between right and left each workout, followed by calf raises with both legs to utilized the strength of the unworked leg to work the other leg even harder after the single leg calf raise.
