SEPTA replaced trolley tracks along Chester Avenue in West Philly about a year ago. This caused some upset because of the removal of the famed stone Belgian Blocks from the area between the tracks which added character to the sections of track that still featured them.

  • In Chesnut hill they were made to recycle the belgian blocks with the new rail bed...that was 2 years ago..and there hasnt been a trolley on the new rail yet..

  • It's official--I have tooooo much time on my hands. Looks like a noisy mess, but nicely filmed!
