Really, one needs to wait and see what he does with said powers, and if the judiciary, restored to being representative of legislation, is then restored to independance in favour of constitutional balance. More worrying than that is the possibility that Morsi is one we shall no more see in truth, replaced by body doubling or debilitated of his youth by conniving unknowns, oligarchs of self-written tomes.
