A midtown Manhattan perspective before, during and after Irene.

"Good Bye, Irene" by The Reverend John DeLore
The song was "Conceived, recorded & produced within a 10-hour span on Saturday, August 28, 2011. All the tracks on this song were recorded by 19 different individuals, in different rooms all across the 5 boroughs, as we sat waiting for Hurricane Irene to arrive over NYC."

  • Appropriate song haha

  • I have never seen the city that empty. That is so frightening.

  • This was actually really cool, i've always wanted to go to NYC so it's neat to see kinda what it's like there, even though Irene is messing everything up
