they kinda did but they kinda didn't the thing is I am a fan of both groups & the songs R very similar I belive that If they had stolen it from busted there would have been somethin in the news which there wasn't so they must have gotten the rights & there is nothin wrong with that they just changed it up a bit & It really doesn't effect busted cause they R broken up if anythin it would effect james bourne sense he is now in a new group but it doesn't so it's tottally fine I <3 both versions
