  • Please keep the info coming as it really helps me heaps...I have no gall bladder...can you recommend a recipe for that as my liver has to work overtime now and I know there are many many others out there like me that would really love to know a recipe for the that.

    Thanks man...you rock.

Hi Dave, thank you for your comments on both videos. They have been very inspiration for me to continue with my promotion of health. Fruits and vegetables by nature help the liver (and all other parts of the body). Being such a vital organ, the health of the liver is multi-factorial. I will absolutely post an easy to make juice that uses ingredients that will promote liver health. Please stay tuned as I have your request in mind. Take care Dave. All the best.

  • Soy milk is not good for your body!!!

  • you were doing so good until you mentioned that you use soy milk, come on son. If your going to use a type of milk go with coconut/almond.

  • you might not want to use soy milk... soy milk lowers estrogen levels!

  • I live in PA in the middle of nowhere so it is impossible for me to find these berries. Today I drove 1 1/2 hours to a wonderful supermarket that has all kinds of Natural/Organic Foods and they were OUT of the Goji berries. I was so upset that when I came home I ordered them from Amazon! I've been making green smoothies with lots of fruit and also Protein powder and they are wonderful. I only started eating organically yesterday but I am very happy so far. Keep your wonderful videos coming!

way to broadbrush something. You are allergic to them--doesn't mean the rest of the world is allergic to them.

  • someone told me that soy products aren't good for men. any opinions on that?

  • I have them in porridge every morning. Add them before cooking the porridge and they soften and re-hydrate a bit. Very nice. Get them in Asda for around £1.30 a bag.

  • lol
