I frst walked into the lobby in this building and thought "I see no security desk, I can hang around as long as I need to get an empty elevator", well hang around i did, for about 10 minutes watching endless streams of people enter the building, finally I was able to get a private car up. I was not able to get a non-stop down trip but was able to get a quick cab view anyway. This building was originally owned by Guinness (hence the name) but is now owned by either Oxford or Cadillac Fairview, can't remember which. As well I believe that these elevators originally had either Lexan fixtures, possibly heat sensitive or the more basic classic Otis fixtures which the parking elevators still have. These have been replaced by newer Duhurst fixtures on the these elevators
