Props def..I use the same technique =) It's so much easier than trying to achieve that speed just heel up..I dont know how people can fuckin do that tbh.

Not bad but I prefer to play with no shoes as it allows mor flexibility in my whole foot.

That was done with Pearl Eliminator Powershifters, red cams, really tight springs.
That is not my current setup, however. I'll see about making another heel-toe double stroke video with a different setup
