I think these are very appropriate massage techniques. My only advice at this time would be to make sure your patient, client, friend has no bruises in the areas you wish to perform percussion techniques and also avoid heavy percussion to the kidneys or back of the elbows, especially on women who may be at risk of hyperextending. I hope this helps and you continue your work, it is fantastic!
