From: http://www.youtube.com/user/sarastro99 I would like to ask you about my muscular imbalance. I am a 29-year-old man and have been going to the gym for a few years. When my muscles grow, they seem lopsided. I am right-handed. My right chest muscle is slightly bigger than my left, while my left lat is somewhat more developed than my right. I looked at myself carefully in a mirror and noticed that my right shoulder and hip bone (ASIS) are a little higher than my left ones. I also tried to have a view of my back by looking into a hand mirror with my back facing another mirror on the wall. When I relax, I see a small curve on my spine, which goes away when I try to straighten my back. So I guess I have scoliosis, which should also involve some rotation of the spine as I can see that my RIGHT shoulder and LEFT hip are placed slightly more forward than their counterparts. I went to see a chiropractor. After some manipulations, my shoulders and hips seemed better aligned for only a few days, then went back to their pre-treatment states. I kept seeing him for about 10 times, all of which turned out the same, so I gave up. This may sound like a serious problem, but it is not -- my X-rays are quite normal. However, it fairly concerns me because I have always wanted a balanced physique. In your opinion, what could be the cause(s)? Do you have any suggestions on any therapy, stretching and/or strengthening exercises, or whatever you feel appropriate? Thank you very much in advance.
I have one side of my back which is tight and strong and the other is lax and weak ive been stretching the tight strong side for 2 months and its made a huge difference im gunna start strenghening the ther side of my back with isametric exercises until i feel im more in alighnment and then i canget back to training symetricaly!

@yusraomarrassa i think u might have a anterior or posterior pelvic tilt, because lower back pain refers to that,u need to coorect your posture in order to get some relief

Most imbalances start at the feet and will never be corrected until the foot is actually corrected. Simply physics. Google HyProCure. It is an amazing solution if you have a misaligned foot and body.
